Today I weigh 317, a few hours after taking the lasix and urinating a lot. I recorded 318.6 before the pill. Then I drank and ate some before that final weight.
I would write more, but Jeopardy is on and then I have to do laundry and get ready for RS meeting tonight on journaling and family history.

Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension - It is based on the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. It is basically a whole foods way to eat for the rest of your life. Phase I is for 2 weeks, and you eat mostly vegetables, beans, certain dairy products and meat. Phase II is for the rest of your life and adds fruits and grains. It is obviously nothing new, but I bought the book on Kindle. You can look on DrOz.com to read about it.
